Cancellation Policy
As of the 20th of December 2021, we are not offering refunds on deposits for missed appointments due to covid.
We respectfully request 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone (07834494400) or email (info@londonbrows.co.uk) to do so. Requests to reschedule with less than the requested 5 days' notice, may be asked to pay the full remaining balance or 50% of the remaining balance in advance of having their appointment rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
